Donna is delighted to relaunch the Community Coat Rack in Chichester as part of The Four Streets Project initiative. As founder, she says: ‘If you have a spare coat please leave one and if you need a new coat, please take one’. The new location is at the Council House in North Street and the rack is co-run with the Chichester Observer.
